What strikes me is just how easily this same phrase could be ported to other, imaginary website:
TruFlow
TruFlow is a community-based erictile dysfunction solution popularity website. It combines social bookmarking, blogging, and syndication with a form of non-hierarchical, democratic editorial control.
LonelyFlow
LonelyFlow is a community-based star-trek-costume-creation-tips website. It combines social bookmarking, blogging, and syndication with a form of non-hierarchical, democratic editorial control.
EndFlow
EndFlow is a community-based suicide technique sharing website. It combines social bookmarking, blogging, and syndication with a form of non-hierarchical, democratic editorial control.
I imagine the customers for these various sites would overlap.

Well, I guess, you didn't really got the idea behind HowFlow. It is not a digg clone or just another social news site. One of the main differences ist the intelligent "pastebin" where people can paste their code or error messages and HowFlow tries to find a matching Trick (solution). This is only one of the main features of HowFlow, wich - by the way - is only five weeks old.
